Minimum Stay: A 2 night minimum stay is required for most "Fri" or "Sat"
night stays and "some" holiday/holiday weekends or special event dates.
Sometimes one night stays are available last minute just give us a call.
We also have waitlists available.
Reservation/Confirmation: For your convenience you may book your room
online 24/7. Simply click on "Reservations" located on the left
side of the web page to book your reservation. Once completed you will also receive an email confirmation with information about your reservation. You may also call us to make a reservation. We accept calls from 9:30 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. (please, no late night or early morning calls as this is
also our residence phone).
Deposit/Payment: Reservations require 1 night regular room rate
deposit + tax "per" room booked and remaining balance due is paid at time of
check-in. "Special Packages" are paid in full at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, or Cash. Rates quoted are based on double occupancy per room, per night and include
a full breakfast each morning. PA state sales tax of 6%, room tax 3%, and gratuity are not included. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation/Changes: To cancel or change your reservation you must speak
with us directly at 570-620-2246 (9:30AM to 9:00PM) to receive a cancellation
confirmation #. Voicemails and emails are not acceptable cancellation notices.
Cancellation/Change Policies are as follows:
Reservations cancelled or changed 7 days in advance prior to
arrival date will be refunded the one night deposit + taxes "per" a room
Reservations cancelled or changed less than 7 days in
advance will forfeit the one night deposit + taxes "per" a room booked that
is cancelled unless we are able to rebook your "entire" stay for the dates
cancelled for your room.
Special Events, Large Group Bookings of 3 or more rooms,
and Holidays/Holiday weekends require 30 days advance notice to cancel or
change a reservation or a one night deposit + taxes per room(s) will be
forfeited unless we are able to rebook the your "entire" stay for the dates
cancelled for your room.
No shows will be charged a penalty equal to entire stay "per" a room booked +
taxes so please call by 9PM on your day of arrival or you will be considered a
no show and charged the full amount of your stay.
No refunds or credits for late arrivals or early departures. We
are not responsible for inclement weather, late arrivals, early departures or

Additional Charges/Children (14 years and Over): Guests booking room(s) are responsible for any damages that may occur including but not limited to smoking in the rooms or damages/accidents/late check-out fees that may occur during their stay and will be charged accordingly for any and all damages caused by them or their guests during their stay to the credit card(s) provided for the reservation(s).
The "Garden Room", with it's twin size sofa-bed, is the only room which can accommodate 3 people in the B&B. Please make us aware if you intend to have 3 people in the "Garden" room so we can prepare the room ahead of time. Daily charges for more than two people in the "Garden" room is $15.
Sofa sleeper setup fee of $15 will apply if only '2" people are in the room.
Check-in/out: Check-in time is 3PM - 9PM. Please no early
arrivals. Late arrivals after 9PM by "pre-arrangement" only. Check-out
time is 11AM or before. Late check-out fees may apply. We have scheduled check-in times at
the time of booking which can be adjusted by giving us a call before your
scheduled check-in time so we can make arrangements to get you into
the B&B if needed. We are not responsible for guests that are unable
to access the B&B if they miss their scheduled check-in time. We do not have a 24x7 desk for check-ins.
Breakfast: A full breakfast is included in the price of the room and is served at 9:00 AM Sun - Fri, and at 8:30AM Sat in the dining room. Please let us know at time of "booking" if you have any special dietary restrictions, food allergies, vegetarian, or if you don't eat pork and we will take this into consideration when planning our menu. Cranberry Manor does not assume "any" responsibility regarding food allergies. Guests are responsible for monitoring their own food allergies and what they eat during their stay with us.

Code of Conduct and Right to Refuse Service: We
want all our guests to enjoy a peaceful stay here at Cranberry Manor Bed and
Breakfast. Cranberry Manor reserves the right to refuse service or lodging to
anyone. Cranberry Manor reserves the right to ask any guest who is disruptive,
abusive, threatening or offensive to our others guests or innkeepers to leave
the B&B immediately with no refund for early departure.
Gift Certificate Redemptions: Cranberry Manor Bed and Breakfast and
Third Party issued Gift Certificates: Please contact us directly when booking so we can confirm that we accept the third party gift card(s) you wish to redeem during your stay.
Some restrictions apply with Gift Card Redemptions per the "terms" of the third
party so please review them carefully. Some restrictions may include 7 day
waiting period before a card may be redeemed after being purchased, limitation
of 3 gift cards that can be redeemed per stay, etc. So please review the
third party gift cards terms. A one night deposit is required when booking
with a gift card or gift certificate and cancellation policies do apply. Please note that room rates or taxes may have changed
since the gift card or certificate was issued. We will let you know at the time of
booking if additional amount is due for your stay.
