Smoking/Pets: Cranberry Manor is a non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted on the covered porches and grounds only. Our resident cats "Gretchie and Kelsey" do not permit us to accept pets of any kind even though they are not allowed on the B&B side.
Minimum Stay: A 2 night minimum stay is required for a "Fri" or "Sat" night stay. If a Fri or Sat one night stay is available the "premium" rate will apply and the room(s) will be made available online. Please note that not all rooms will have a one night option and will still be limited to a 2 night stay for Fri or Sat which will be indicated when booking online whether an additional night is required to book the room. Reservation/Confirmation: Since the majority of our guests prefer the convenience of viewing on-line availability and booking, we have added this feature (simply click on our Reservation Page and follow through with making a reservation request). We will send you an email confirmation within 48 hours of receiving your reservation request. You may also call us to make a reservation if that is what you prefer - personal contact is always an important element of a B&B. The office is open from 9:30 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. (please, no late night or early morning calls).
Deposit/Payment: Reservations require 1 nights deposit per room booked. Packages - "Murder Mystery" and "Horseback riding" are paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, or Cash. Rates quoted are based on double occupancy per room, per night and include full breakfast each morning. PA state sales tax of 6%, room tax 3%, and gratuity are not included. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Payment/Cancellation: We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. However, we cannot be responsible for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures. Reservations cancelled 7 days or more in advance prior to arrival will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee "per" a room booked. Reservation cancelled less than 7 days in advance but prior to 48 hours in advance will be charged a $40.00 service charge "per" a room booked that is cancelled. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 1 night room charge + taxes "per" room booked that is cancelled. No shows will be charged a penalty equal to entire stay "per" a room booked + taxes. No refunds or credits for late arrivals or early departures. **Special Events and Holidays require 14 days advance notice to cancel.**
Additional Charges/Children (14 and Over): We regret we are unable to meet the needs of children under 14 years of age. The "Garden Room", with it's twin size sofa-bed, is the only room which can accommodate more than two people in the B&B. Please make us aware if you intend to have more than two people in the "Garden" room so we can prepare the room ahead of time. Daily charges for more than two people in the "Garden" room is $15.
Check-in/out: Check-in after 3 pm, Check-out 11 am or before. Early or late arrival by pre-arrangement only.
Breakfast: A full breakfast is included in the price of the room and is served at 9:00 AM Mon - Fri, 8:30AM Sat, and 9AM on Sundays in the dining room. If there are no other guests during your stay times can be adjusted within reason per your request. Please let us know at time of "booking" if you have any special diets or food allergies or if you don't eat pork. This will help us plan the meals accordingly during your stay.
