Pocono Bed and Breakfast
No Contact Stay
We want everyone to stay safe during their stay so we have implemented some changes during these uncertain times. We do ask that you continue to wear a face mask when entering the B&B and leaving your room. Face masks can be removed when in the dining room for obvious reasons. If you are on the porches we ask that guests keep their masks handy should they be approached by others. The porches are very large so there are plenty of places for guests to spread out and have privacy.
Hand sanitizer is available at the B&B door entrance and exit, butlers pantry and on the stand on the second floor with the dvd movie library and extra toilet paper and tissue boxes. Hand soap is available in all the guests rooms. Plastic gloves have also been made available in various common areas for use.
For those requesting a contact-less check-in, your credit card used when your booked your reservation will be charged the full amount due the scheduled day of check-in. Your innkeeper will email you in advance of your stay on how to check in, get your keys and find your room. Your innkeeper will also include details of procedures at the BNB to be followed during your stay to keep everyone safe.
Also included with a no contact stay is a full gourmet breakfast made available for you each morning. Your innkeeper will get details about preference of coffee/tea etc.. and will also let you know what time your breakfast will be made available each morning.
Cranberry Manor is allowing same day arrival cancellations by 12 noon without “forfeiting the one night deposit”. We want guests to stay home if they are not feeling well or if they may have been exposed to COVID-19. We do not offer quarantine stays at our B&B as the B&B is also our home with family members that cannot risk the chance of exposure to COVID-19.
For your safety and ours, during your stay, housekeeping will not enter your room. Extra towels are being placed in the guests bathrooms. If you are staying more than 2 nights and require more towels please let us know and we can arrange a safe swap out.
With the restaurants offering carry out and delivery we have provided a trash can in the hall for guests to place their trash into. Guests will have assigned seating and may eat at their assigned tables or in their rooms.
For safety reasons the fridge in the dining room is no longer available for guests to put their personnel items into. The fridge is stocked with sodas and waters for the guest to access. We encourage guests to bring their own coolers with ice. We are limiting ice on hand to the ice buckets we have available upon request for each room.
Please note that to protect you and ourselves, we are blocking rooms off before and after your stay to allow us time to thoroughly disinfect rooms between guest stays. For this reason, a “2 night minimum stay” will be required on all future reservations and all reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
We are also limiting the number of rooms available to only 3 rooms available per a night as there will be limited seating made available. So please plan ahead and book early as the rooms are booking quickly. An additional room may be still be available for a no-contact stay so please call if you don’t see availability online may be interested in a no-contact stay.
Groups are welcome to book the 4 rooms however certain restrictions may apply to your stay. We want everyone to stay safe.
When you book your reservation online, the innkeeper will follow-up with you regarding your stay preference. Please note that pending PA governor orders we may have to adjust how we are serving but please now that you will still receive a full gourmet breakfast each morning with your stay.
Please feel free to call 570-620-2246 in advance with any questions you may have. Please check back frequently and refresh your browser when reviewing the most recent no-contact stay info. Please note that the above information is subject to change at any time.
Stay safe, continue social distancing, wear face masks, and wash hands frequently. Feel free to contact your innkeeper with any questions that you may have at email@example.com or 570-620-2246.
